HOMMAGE
'Hommage'
is the summation of Kenny's life-long love affair with the great composers
for the piano - from Chopin to Rachmaninov, from Beethoven to Ravel, from
Mozart to Satie. Kenny has written 14 pieces that capture the essence of his
favourite composers, each one taking the style of the original and giving it
Kenny's unique twist.
The music is melodic and undeniably elegant, offering a respectful homage to
Kenny's great predecessors. Come and acquire a copy signed by the great man
himself and enjoy a glass of wine with him. The CD also features a marvelous illustration
- a bust of Kenny produced by world renowned sculptor Anthony
Hawken.
Beautiful music in a beautiful package. Hommage.
