TERMS AND CONDITIONS
UK Postage
To keep costs down for customers we cover the cost of postage. Postage and
packing are free on all UK orders. CDs are despatched by Second Class post
within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order, depending on stock availability.
An estimated despatch time is shown on each product page. Please allow up to
seven working days for delivery from the date of despatch.
European and Rest of World Postage
All international orders are despatched by Royal Mail International Standard
within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order, depending on stock availability.
An estimated despatch time is shown on each product page. Please allow up to 28
working days for delivery from the date of despatch.
Priority Services
For orders that need to be rushed with a priority service, please contact info@stagedoorrecords.com
and we will provide the most competitive quote available this can include a next
working service.
Customs Charges for orders sent outside
of the U.K.
Your delivery may be subject to customs charges, which are outside the control
of Stage Door Records and must be paid by the recipient. If an item is returned
due to non-payment of customs fees, a refund will be issued for the item only,
minus the original postage cost.
Undelivered Orders
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, please note that we
obtain Royal Mail Certificates of Posting for all despatches and will submit a
claim for any undelivered items. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery
before contacting us.
Shipping Update for US Customers
(Effective 29/08/2025)
From 29 August 2025, all Stage Door CDs shipped to the United States will be
sent via Royal Mail's Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) service. This ensures
that any customs duties are handled in advance by Royal Mail and their
international delivery partners, meaning you will not face unexpected fees upon
delivery.
To cover this enhanced service, a small
additional charge of £3 will be applied to US orders. This fee covers duty and
handling costs and will be reviewed periodically. The aim is to provide a
smoother, hassle-free delivery experience for our US customers.
Returns Policy
We hope you enjoy your purchase.
We are happy to accept returns for any items that
are faulty. Faulty goods will be replaced promptly at no cost to you.
We also accept returns for items shipped in
error, ordered by mistake, or no longer required, provided the CD seal or
shrink-wrap is unbroken and the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. The
cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the purchaser. A full
refund will be issued upon receipt.

This returns policy applies only to CDs ordered
directly from stagedoorrecords.com.

This website does not automatically capture or store personal information, other
